Steamed ‘shrooms, salad and minestrone w/ sweetcorn

Pasta and chunky vegetables,
I usually cut up a vegan burger into this to add a bito protein and whatnot.
In true student style, I have a to-do list.

Can’t beat it.

Stir fry:
Brown rice noodles, peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, carrot, broccoli, tofu, tamari, hot sauce, ginger, peanuts and cashew nuts.
takes about 6 minutes, very filling and verrry tasty.

Linda Mcartney sausages with a baked potato and vegetable stir fry.
Pretty self explanatory but I do add hummus to the stir fry when it’s finished.

Some form of caffeine with bread topped with houmous and sprinkled with omega enriched seeds and pine nuts

Warm Chickpea Salad
I didn’t have any Bok Choy or ginger buttt I made it anyway, I think it’s suffering a little because of that.
I would add that you probably shouldn’t eat this if you’re craving carbs, but then… it is a salad and it would go really well with some sort of potato.
